I’ve been thinking about rules for aging well…

Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is gained in a righteous life.

Aging is not for sissies! No matter what anyone says—you simply are not prepared for all the surprises in store for you when aging begins to happen to you and your body. Here are a few helpful hints about how to age well from the DelHousayes along with thoughtful insights from familiar friends!

Cultivate a healthy sense of humor. Be ready and willing to laugh.
You know you are getting old when the candles cost more than the cake. -Bob Hope

Be humble. Accept your infirmities and lapses in memory gracefully.
